t is more than likely your television has had a lamp failure. Part number 915P020010 is the right part for your tv. Remove the lamp, your instruction book will tell you where it's located. Check the anode of the lamp, if fracture find a lamp on ebay vendors. Try niosales.com They are my trusted vendor for new lamps.
Make sure u replace the lamp cover as the safety switch need to be closed to make the set work. If new lamp did not repair your problem , then it may well be the Ballast Board, Sometimes call the Lamp Driver.
the circut that detects the bulb has been also failing in these sets
and the conversion chip that controls the picture , and the transformers are not putting out the full power they are supposed to.
this set will need to be tested to determine the exact cause or causes
continuous blinking green light indicates that the capacitors have failed on the DM pwb. You need the V26 DLP DM repair kit which is available at the following link under their repair category. http://servicemanuals.vstore.ca/
Replace the 1000uf capacitors on the DM board. thats whats causiong the problem.
