You may have checked the fuse at the plug...is the socket OK itself? Plug something else into the socket..to make sure it's working...If your not technically minded...don't open up the back of the TV set, but there may be a fuse there also on the main board.. RISK OF SHOCK.

Ur Main Fuses in the circuits breaker box must be to be restart it back.Turn off/on all the fuses on the main circuits breaker box to all the fuses in the box of the box to restart.All ur electical power outlets should work again.If not those power plug in outlets are shorted and dead must have to be replaced.
Power supply board is dead.That the board,where the power a/c cord plug into it.Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a refurbish power supply board for the replacement.
you might have shorted out the tv since tvs are not ment to be turned on with a wall switch you can take your tv to you local tv repair man it could be just a fuse or the power supply
my funai 3216 was working ok it went off today and wont come back on iv changed the fuse in the plug with no luck iv taken the back off the tv what next please help
