  1. Pull out the battery, and then reinstall it. Power on the phone and you should be able to access your information.

The following procedure will allow you to perform a factory reset, which would require access to the Standby Screen, and Menu. If you are just trying to access your phone, reset the battery.

To reset the handset to the factory default settings, follow the steps below:
  1. From the standby screen, press Menu
  2. Press Settings
  3. Press Reset Settings
  4. Press on any of the following to check their boxes:
    • All: Sound Profiles, Display & Light, Phone and Alarm settings will be returned to default values
    • Sound Profiles: Only sound profile settings will be returned to default values
    • Display and Light: Only display settings will be returned to default values
    • Phone: Only phone settings will be returned to default values
    • Alarms: Only alarm settings will be returned to default values
  5. Press Reset
  6. Enter the password default password is "0000", then press OK
  7. If prompted, Enter the password again to confirm then press OK
  8. Press Yes to Reset the handset's settings to the factory defaults
