Tracfone customer service

Basic LG flip phone, The phone is frozen and will not respond to any number or function pushed or "clicked" on. The power end button is not working. The only feature that is working properly is the time.Please assist in having the phone not frozen.

SOURCE: Power button failure.

this may be a connection problem, i mean the switch from your phone`s mainboard, it may need cleaning. anyway, you have to go to a service, it`s not a big problem and should be really cheap to solve.

The phone Freeze problem. Your phone has gotten hard-locked; it will not accept any unlock codes. This problem can only be caused by improper unlocking. Basically this happens if you or someone else has already entered 5 wrong unlock codes on your phone.
You can get the unfreeze code, NCK code and SPCK code from third party. After unfreeze your phone, you have to enter the NCK code to unlock and use it with any gsm network in the world. i will suggest the website Unlock-Zone.com which is doing good service .....you can approach this website

You'll have to contact tracfone customer service to do that. Contact them from a phone other than the one you're trying to deactivate. You'll have to give them the imei number for your new phone to transfer it to.

Tracfone customer service

You can do it quickly and easily online at www.tracfone.com. You'll have to register, if not already, but definitely worth it. You can do a lot there on your own and not go through the frustration of dealing with customer service. Otherwise you'll have to call customer support and do the transfer over the phone. If you're lucky and get a good rep. it will be quick - if you get a bad rep. just politely hang up and call back. Eventually you'll get a good rep. Don't waste your time with a rep. who clearly is clueless. Good Luck.

For Tracfone - This is what they responded to me - it worked.

Thank you for your interest in TracFone Wireless. We are responding to
your recent inquiry.
If you currently have a TracFone and would like to upgrade to another
model and transfer your remaining units, you can now do so on our
website. In most cases, your phone number can be transferred to your
new phone. Once you have purchased your new phone model, please follow
the steps listed below:
Step 1: Click on ‘ACTIVATE/REACTIVATE PHONE’
Step 2: Click on ‘Existing TracFone Customer’
Step 3: If you have already set up a ‘My Account’, please sign in with
your email address and password. If you have not created an account,
please click on ‘Continue’ underneath the question ‘Don’t have My
Account?’ and complete the registration questions.
Step 4: Select the option "Activate my TracFone with a number
transferred from one of my other TracFones." and select the phone you
will be upgrading to and click "Submit".
