There is no such thing as a confirmation code. There is a key code, which comes with the software when you buy it. If you do not have the key code, then you need to buy the software to get one.

I am nor sure as to a confirmation code you would be referring to. If it is to register the software, you should have the Key Code on the package or inside on a card. If the code is missing, you can order a new one online from the Microsoft website.
