Cant find a harness to plug into the back of a Dual XD250 RADIO.

You won't ever. They make a universal harness. You should have a wire harness for your new radio only that was included with the radio. It should plug into the new radio and the other end will just be wires. Then you will need to go to a parts store, ( AutoZone, Oreilly's, Advance Auto, Etc) and but a radio wire harness for your truck. It will have a connector or two that plug into the harness that plugs into the back of your stock radio and the other end will be just wires. you will then connect the two harnesses together by matching wire color. ( EG: Purple to Purple, Gray with black stripe to Gray with black stripe, etc)

I cant get sound out of my speakers. i put in a new stereo and hooked it up

Did you use a wire harness specific to your vehicle year and model? Make sure you get the right harness, depending on what factory system came with the car(base or mach460 sound systems), If your speakers were working prior to replacing the radio, then there's a possibility that the harness may not be compatible. also, the car may be equipped with a factory amp(mach460 systems). Here's a link that may help you figure it out. http://www.modifiedlife.com/2000-ford-mustang-car-stereo-wiring-instructions/

I have brought a second hand unit and was wondering if I can order the wiring harness from anywhere or make one???

So you purchased another radio, right? Then it came with the harness already(for the radio and not the car). If the current radio is the factory radio then you need to purchase a wiring harness for the model/year of your car that will be compatible with your car's harness. Wal mart carries some but if you can't find it there then you need to go to your local car audio installation shop and buy one from them(it might be pricey there). Now, if your current radio is aftermarket, look to see if it already has the wire harness in the back. If it does then your good to go, just cut the harness from the radio away from the harness that plugs to the car's wire harness and reconnect using your new radio's harness(just follow the wire's color code). but if it doesn't then you need to buy one.

Purchased and installing an oem radio and there is a fuse in the radio slot that is red and about half the size of the other fuses. It say it is a 10 amp fuse, looks fine, but the radio does not power up....

Be there a few times!! Depending on what vehicle you have...sometimes if you search online you can find the radio wiring harness (colour coded). If its a new ride, then it shouldn't be hard! With an old ride, what happens is a lot of owners install a radio, then remove it, on and on they go, till the wires get shorter.....then some people start adding new wire....but they never match the colour up! What i would suggest is buy a voltage tester and test all the wires till you find power! (won"t necessarily be red). Once u find power...your golden there! Then you wanna look for ignition....which will only show power with the key ahead! Always be careful,if your not familiar or comfortable doing this, seek a professional! hope that helps!

Nsr 125 problem

It may be a safety switch in the clutch lever or bike stand switch being a bit sticky or broken wire in the wiring harness near the steering head that bends alot.
