I presume you are talking about the password to log into the netgear router.

The default username and password is:

U: admin
P: password

In some cases I have seen the default set as:

U: admin
P: admin

But based on what I have seen, that is not the default.

All netgear routers have the same default user names and passwords, so unless you have changed it you should still be able to use the default one set by the manufacture.

Try using "admin" that is default for routers so may work for you. If not post more info on your netgear item.
