How to solve "used toner bottle is full" on a LD335?

The bottle full message indicates that the waste toner collection bottle is full. The full bottle needs to be removed and the toner disposed of properly. Then a replacement collection bottle needs to be installed and the waste toner counter reset. It is possible to reuse the bottles but most people will spill the toner when they try to empty a collection bottle. You do not want loose toner in your environment.

No bottle, it is inside the transfer belt unit that hangs on the inside of the right hand door. Dump it and put it back.

Left lower front open door small near the floor, pull out used toner cart.

You have emptied the waste toner bottle, now you have to tell the printer that you have done so. The waste toner collection system has a "latch" (electrical signal) that is tripped when the bottle is full. it may be a pressure sensitive switch under the bottle or a photo-sensor that senses the toner level when full. I don't know the sequence of events to "switch" that latch. Usually on the larger machines it is a series of keystrokes on the printer's keypad, starting with turning the machine off and holding down a series of keys while turning the machine on (known as the "maintenance mode". Once you are in the maintenance mode, you can "trip" that "latch" to let the copier know that the toner collection bottle has been emptied.

try shaking the toner bottle up, then putting it back in.

Hello sir; I believe the toner senser going bad , you need to replace it located under neath the developer unit.

Sometime the white round spring action mechanism on the printer breaks which causes the toner box warning This mechanism connect to the printer toner box when installed.

The error code E0019 is the waste toner bottle is full you need to empity out the waste toner bottle and make sure the neck of the bottle is totaly clean and clear, a sensor reads dirt on the neck that the bottle is full. To clear that code after cleaning the waste toner, turn the main power switch off on the right side of the copier. The waste toner bottle is on the left hand side toward the rear of the copier and is held in with one screw. The E00225 deals with the scanning lamp. you will have to replace the lamp and the lamp PCB as a set to solve that problem. Good Luck...

I don't know what make and model copier you have but empty out the toner bottle into the trash and reinsert the bottle. If you empty it and you still the error code clean the bottle out and it should go away.

It may need to be replaced after several uses.

Is this a small table top model? They usually do not have a waste bottle. The waste toner accumulates is the drum housing Where hopefully the change drum warning will come on before the waste toner fills up and causes poor copies. I have taken the drum asm apart and vacuumed the toner out.
