It is important to wait roughly ten minutes and then turn on the unit. Will the door lock? If the issue persists, then more than likely the unit is experiencing a communication issue with the control board and the door latch or the washer has a faulty door latch/lock assembly. In this regard, I would suggest contacting an Authorized Service Technician that will be able to assist you in the diagnosis of your appliance.

sounds like you have something in your pump stopping the water draining it will not spin with water try unblocking the punp

Your door lock actuator have issues

You are referring to the door strike (item 14 in the diagram) shown below which is actually part number 134456600.

"pause" isn't something you can reset exactly I'm afraid. Pause means that the washer door was opened mid cycle so all you should need to do is shut the door to restart the cycle. Unfortunately if it doesn't re-start, it means that your door latch assembly has failed and isn't sensing that the door is shut. You'll need to order and replace the door latch assembly to fix the issue.

It's actually a fairly easy part to replace if you're handy. You'll need to unplug the washer and open the door to start with. Then there is a wire ring around the front lip of the rubber door gasket. Use a flat head screwdriver/needle nose pliers and pry the wire ring off. From there you can pull the gasket back out of the way. Remove the screws going into the door latch from the front and reach behind to replace the door latch assembly.
Make SURE the door strike on the door isn't broken too.
that's only a 6$ or so item.

The circut board thinks the door switch is open.Try unpluging machine for 3 min.The restart as normal.
Its more a control board issue then a door switch.
