I couldnt find any error code 3002, but there is an error code 32002! If this is the error you got, this is nothing to worry about. this was the result of a failed update from nintendo, the console was not able to receive it for whatever reason. This will correct itself the next time you are connected to the internet with your console or will keep trying until it does update. Hope this helps.

Its bricked psp alright, go buy a Pandora battery and try to put new firmware using it. Other wise play it safe and go to service center near by. If in USA or UK game stop is the place to go. Otherwise make pandora battery urself from tutorilas around internet and DIY.
