My laptop cannot detect my hard drive. It no longer vibrates and the light doesn't blink anymore.

the drive could be potentially corrupt.
plug in your HDD and run recurrva and try to recover files if you cant do that remove the HDD from the caddy and plug into a PC and test if you can access your files if not reformat by right clicking on the drive in my computer (ntfs is recommended) you will loose all data but you may be able to recover your HDD

I have transcend 640gb USB3 external hard drive when i copying files on it, the computer hanged and after restart there is no files on external hard drive and also it's free space decreased. what is...

Check files are present on the hard disk by using ubuntu live cd.If there are no files present u will have to format the hdd.

If you loose data while formatting u can recover it by using tuneup utilities or any free recovering software. But before recovering do not copy/write/overwrite/edit anything on the hdd.

Hope this helps.

Hdd primary pasword is lost cannot open hard disk drive showing error codes 06231 and so on cannot boot the computer cause the disk drive is asking for primary hdd pasword and is no taking the password...

Most modern laptop HDD or BIOS passwords are not resettable and don't come with default passwords to unlock them if the password is forgotten.

You will need to contact Acer and find out what kind of warranty coverage your machine has. It's likely that you will have to pay for the services they provide or pay for a new hard drive yourself and re-install Windows.
