Hi, There are two contacts for each key. one makes contact before the other, the time between the two determines the time the key takes to be depressed, hence the touch.
Usually the contacts need cleaning, but in this case as itis 8 notes it may be the common keyboard scanning matrix. The matrix is 8 x ..up to whatever so check the line/column connection, or the associated diode.
Usually this is an easy fix, just time consuming taking the instrument to bits.
Good Luck, Chris the Fader

Most of these have VELOCITY sensing and that involves two contacts per note. If the velocity sense on those notes is somehow not working, broken wire or trace on the board or short that MIGHT cause your problem.

You probably need to clean the keyboard contacts. These are likely conductive rubber pressing onto a circuit board. Use 99% isoprophyl alcohol to clean both the rubber contact and the traces on the circuit board.
Usually there are two contacts per key. One set makes first and breaks last. This is how they measure velocity. It is also possible that one of the lines feeding the keys has been broken like a crack in a circuit board. Without the second contact sequencing, the notes may get stucck due to confusion of the internal processor.

IF every key sounds like it is doing that, you may have two voices selected with one of them being transposed.
You may have an "effect" turned on that generates a chorus, layered or multiple voice sounds.
