turn on your sansa fuze then press the menu button then go to the picture of settings then go to the very bottom of the list and press the center button then go down 5 slots and at the very top it should say english and press that one or find someone that speaks the language and have him or her fix it
actually this is a simple problem the keyboard layout is in spanish. to change it back go to control panel and go to keyboard there a window should pop up go to hardware and properties then then it should say keyboard language just change it to english
