The Lamp is located in the front of the set. Remove the front grill, then locate the lamp door cover, remove the 3 screws holding the cover and remove. the lamp is held in place with 3 screws loosen the screws then pull the lamp out by the handle. when replacing the new lamp do not use too much force when seating the new lamp this can cause damage to the lamp connector inside. your manual has these instructions on page 95 and 96.

Through the front of the TV. Remove the speaker grille (IT SNAPS OFF & ON) & there is a lamp cover with 3 screws holding it in place, near the left speaker.

TV has sound but no picture. Already replaced bulb

I had the same problem and I found that it was 2 caps on the power supply board. I had both caps replaced and it worked perfect. While it is apart see if any other caps are bad( if they are puffed up in the center they are bad).

Mitsubishi 62" dlp wd-62525

The lamp is either defective, not connected properly to the wiring or plugs (careful alignment required on the two connections), wrong type bulb, or the front panel is not replaced properly to trigger the panel sense switch (lower right side of panel)
