There is normally a wiring diagram on the unit somewhere. on the back or behind one of the covers.
either way there is not much to it if is just a fridge. if there is no electric defrost then the only thing that will usually turn them off it the door switch - when you open the door the fan can go off and the light on- if it is more of a commercial type fridge then there is possibly a coil temp sensor (clixon) a little switch that reacts to the temp of the evaporator coil and will not let the fan come on until the coil reached a pre set temp.

if there is electric defrost (usually only on freezers but sometimes on fridges) then there will be a defrost timer. if this is the case then the compressor will turn off while the fan is off and heaters will warm up the coil.
if you just want to check the fan then grab a multimeter and do a basic continuity test between the 2 wires (not the earth wire) if you have a reading then most likely the fan is ok

1998 Dodge wiring for wipers has a grounded short, had to bypass the switch and fuse . can't find wiring diagram .

Try tracing the route of the wiring harness starting last the wiper motor and work your way back into the vehicle. Carefully check any/all points where the harness contacts a hard surface and check for rub throughs.

My 2003 skidoo summit runs fine but hand warmers don't work and the tach and speedo work intermittent. Any ideas on what to do.

Damaged wiring and/or dirty or corroded wiring connections or switches seems likely.

A wiring diagram would be a help in tracing the circuit of the hand warmers and during the process other problems will probably become obvious. It is easier to start by tracing a permanent fault than intermittent faults.

You need to look at a wiring diagram an test the lighting circuit . A wiring diagram shows what wire is what by color coding . You can find a wiring diagram at http://www.bbbind.com/free_tsb.html . You can go on your tube watch videos on basic automotive electrical trouble shooting , how to read wiring diagrams . No one on here has a magical answer ,your only going to find this problem looking at wiring diagram an tracing out the wiring .

I HAVE A WHIRLPOOL MODEL GI6FDRXXY 07, AND THE EVAPORADOR MOTOR DOESNOT WORKING... IT NO RECEIVE THE 12 V... WHY? A NEED A WIRING DIAGRAM... TO CHECK...

If your evaporator motor is not working, you are so correct. The air circulated in the refrigerator is due to the evaporator motor fan. If left to operate without a fan to provide a heat load for your compressor, it could cause your compressor to fail. Your problem is most likely the defrost sensor inside the cover of your evaporator. It is probably stuck open and will not put power to your evaporator fan. Take you model number to Searspartsdirect.com and find the defrost sensor for your refrigerator and replace it.
Hope this helps

Evaporator fan in my MSD2351HEQ quit running.

Carl, is the condenser fan motor running also? Looking at the wiring diagram of your refrigerator, you need to check for 120vac at the fan motor. If there is, replace the fan motor. If there is not, replace the Defrost Control.

My door lock and window lock keep blowing my fuses how can i fix it

It is blowing fuses for a reason. You probably have a wire shorted to ground somewhere. You should get a test light and start tracing wires in your door panel. It may be obvious once you remove the door panel. It could be a faulty window motor or lock motor as well, but I doubt it. Get yourself a haynes manual, it will have the wiring diagram.

FREEZER WORKS, REFRIGERATOR DOES'T

There is one compressor that serves both the freezer and refridgerator compartments. You need to confirm if the evaporator fan in the freezer compartment is working. When you open the door to the freezer, you should see and hear the evaporator fan in the freezer compartment running. Particularly if there is a demand on the unit through the thermostat setting. If the evaporator fan is not operating, you can check the evaporator fan motor with a volt meter to see if it's getting power. If its getting voltage, but not operating, you need to replace the evaporator fan motor in the freezer compartment. There are 3 wires that attach to the evaporator fan motor. One hot wire, one neutral wire and one ground wire. The ground wire is usually marked green, the voltage wire is usually marked black and the common wire is usually marked white. You should get a reading on your volt meter of a voltage from the hot post to the neutral or from the hot to the ground. If it is getting power but will not operate, then it is definitely a bad fan motor that would need to be replaced.

Blower seems like its not blowing hard enough when cooling the house is there a way to adj the speed of the fan

if it is a psc motor it may be a five speed..(most are) there is a wiring diagram usually on the back of the blower door, and a diagram on the motor isself to tell which speed is the highest speed (colored wire) the units are usually factory wired for the highest speed connected to the circuit board for "cool" it may be possible that it has been changed. also, if the run capacitor is bad, the motor will not come up to full speed, it may need to be checked and changed, and lastly, the filters, squirrell cage and evaporator coil cleanliness need to be verified.
