Is the ringer turned off? Or is the volume on the ring tone set too low? Another possibility is that the phone isn't set to receive incoming calls - the Siemens phones I've owned allowed one to specify which handsets could handle incoming calls and outgoing calls on each line.

Did you check to see if the battery leaked? I had a similar experience and it was because one of the batteries had leaked. This might also explain why the keys are stuck.

SOURCE: cant register/install a new dect 6.0 uniden 2060 phone

I had a similar problem which I finally fixed. You did not say if any of your phones registered.
First try the following recommended by Uniden Support:
Your phone(s) should be fully charged before putting them on the main base.
Unplug the battery from the phone by removing the battery cover and removing the connector. Then, push the # and * key together and hold while you plug the battery back in (requires some dexterity). Continue to hold the two keys until you hear a confirmation tone. This will force the phone to reregister. Put the phone on the main base (if you are sure it has a fully charged battery) and see if it will reregister it to solve the problem.
That did not work for me. So, I followed the instructions to de-register the handset (even though it hadn't really registered). But, I also pretended like the Base was not available (because using the base in this step also failed).
1) Press and hold the hang up and # keys for at least 5 seconds.
2) Move the cursor to select Base Unavailable and then press Select.
3) Select the base you want to deregister from, press Select and then move the cursor to Yes and select.
This causes the phone to delete any of its base information.
At this point, again insure that your phone shows the battery is fully charged and if it is not, put it on the stand alone charger base (not the main base). With the battery fully charged, place it on the base and try registering again by placing it in the main base.
If neither of these approaches help, contact support at Uniden.com.
However, my problems were cleared when I cleared the handset with the second set of instructions.

check to see if the power cord is properly plugged in. You may have the phones on the wrong cradles, this wil cause them to search.

Lighting knocked out a base of VTech 15950. I replaced whole unit, working ok. But old handset, registered with old base shows "Out of range OR No power at base ". It doesn't response to any button.

There is a registration process you have to go through with each handset to connect the old handsets to the new base. It should explain it in the users manual for the base.

I have 10 Panasonic KX-T7730 using 8 phone lines. I've confirmed with AT&T that all 8 lines are setup for caller ID. I've confirmed that all 8 extensions have the Caller ID enabled. Two of the

Firstly, you have not indicated which phone system your phones are connected to, e.g. KX-TA824, KX-TDA50 or other, so I'm a little in the dark. That being said, most of the Panasonic Systems only display Caller ID information (CID) to phones that are programmed to "Ring" on the line with the incoming call, and the line button flashes green to show it's ringing... so you must "system program" ringing for the line(s) on each phone. If the CID is not displayed on a particular phone, then that line is likely not programed to ring on that phone (it's light may flash red instead of green). After you "system program" the line to ring, you can still shut off the ringing sound on a phone using the slide switch on the left edge of the phone if you don't want to hear ringing, and this will not interfere with the CID display. Also, on a second note, CID does not display on the first ring coming in from the phone company (TELCO). The CID signal is sent from the TELCO to your system after the first ring has ended, during what would be the silence period that would occur before the second ring, if there was no CID. It is for that reason that most knowledgeable installers program lines with a five second delayed ring; in this way, you don't know the call has arrived until after enough time has passed for your system to receive the CID signal... this is why it seems the CID appears instantly, with an incoming call. Check out the line programming for each line and set it to ring with a 5 second delay. If you don't set up a delay, your phones will ring and if you answer the call immediately, its likely it won't allow the system to receive CID, so no CID will be displayed for that call.

Cannot get the message light to light when a message is left on a Panasonic KX T7667. Also cannot get phone to display date and time instead of Name and extension number on same model.

The second question is easy. Press the TRANSFER button on the idle phone until date and time show up.

As far as MW, have someone ring your phone and dial "4". If the light goes on, you have a notification problem in the voice mail system. Look at the assignments in the VM system to make sure the extension number is paired to the mailbox.

If it doesn't lignt on the "4", the phone is probably defective.

Making the date and time show after the phone rings.

Sounds like you have several issues here...Time & date is set by entering the DB Administrator, then using the code 08-14. Feature69 defaults a set, not the time. The incoming display is normal, as you are a member of the first UCD group. When you pick up the phone, it shows ICM because you are in intercom mode. There are 3 different ITCM modes: green, red, blank. Your extension button lights red because it's an indicator that you are on the phone.

If the internet light is not on that indicates a prob with your ISP, call them up and arrange a service call. I had a similar prob a few weeks ago and they had to replace the drop to the house from the telephone pole.

Phone issues.

1st) you must identify the ranking order of your handsets. Put all your handsets in the main base cradle and it will tell you which phone is your handset ie: (1) (2) (3) (4). (if you are reseting a handset, chose a number that is missing to reset your phone to) Now, with NO handsets in the main base cradle. Hold your phone and press "menu", then key in the numbers 00. Now, don't do anything with your handset. Go to the main base cradle. On the bottom, where it says "locator" press the "select" button until you get the desired phone rank needed. H1,H2,H3 etc... Then, press and hold the "call" button, under "intercom". (The charging light should start flashing) Now, go to your handset and press the "OK" button on the top upper right corner. At this point, your phone should be working!

If you are still having problems, call Panasonic Customer Service at 1-800-211-7262 for tech support. PS: your handset may show model KX-560B, but your main cradle base will show the actual phone model listed as KX-TG5633
