I have two (back to back separated by a wall) Kohler toilets. Model K3589-47. One is always loosing the water in the bowl. It leaks out slowly but always does it. When I flush the toilet on the opposite...

You will need to check the drainage fitting these toilets are draining into. If it is a cross tee fitting without a baffle you are getting throw over across the fitting and it will not stop. The only fix for this is to replace the fitting in your drainage system. In Illinois it is a code violation to put this type of fitting in that application.

When these power flush toilets come out it made this problem worse. In short there is no fix for this problem other than redoing the drainage system.

My Mansfield toilet model 160 runs periodically for no reason. What is the problem? Do you have step-by-step instructions how to fix it?

Hi,
The flapper is bad....and allowing water to go through into the bowl very slowly...You need to find the correct flapper for that toilet....even all Mansfield toilets can have different guts inside....then replace the flapper which is very easy to do...

Slow closing toilet seat not working

It needs a new air shock on it. You might be able to take the old one apart and fix it but replacement would be best.
