I am trying to print and paper is sliding through but no print on paper why is that, ink is full
SOURCE: printer
Heads are clogged. Has it been sitting for an extended length of time? Ink will dry up in the heads and tubes. Alot of work to take apart and clean and may still not work. Try to get a service manual at justmanuals.com

The manuals, online guide and trouble shooting sections could help you resolve your problem. Contact support has a chat facility on some pages that may help.
Click this Link
Under Select a Product Range
Choose Multifunction Printers on the webpage
Under Select a Product
Choose Stylus CX5400 on the webpage
Under Select an OS
Choose the operating system on the machine where you will install the printer on the webpage
Click Confirm Selection
The manuals and documentation link will allow you to download manuals that were on your CD ROM
you may want to bookmark the online guide, if present, to help with future problems -- that probably was not on the CD
Click the back button on the browser
click the Drivers and Software Link
This allows you to download software files that were probably on your installation CD
Click the back button on the browser again
Trouble Shooting and Contact Support could be an interesting link in the future too when and if you have problems.
I hope this helps

u just have to replace the refilled cartridges.and insert new orignal cartridges.this is a very common problem in epson printers that refilled cartridges work sometimes and sometimes dont.so insert new orignal cartridges to have good printouts.

Have you tried a cleaning cycle? If not, try one. Now run a nozzle check using the status monitor (right click the little printer icon in the bottom right corner of the screen and select nozzle check). Is there any sign of ink on the paper. Try up to three cleaning cycles. If ink is now flowing, but not yet perfectly, don't carry out any more cleaning cycles. Just leave the printer for 24 hours (to allow any air in the print head to disperse). Then repeat the cleaning cycle/wait process. It may take a while to restore a perfect nozzle check print. If these actions produce no positive results, report back.

Nothing at all? Poor you are. The pump may damage or lost electricity.
