The 9V battery is for the mic or the transmitter from what I can tell. According to the manual, the bottom of the mic is where the battery compartment is located, and it unscrews. You can get the manual here: http://www.pyleaudio.com/sku/PWMA200/Rechargeable-Portable-PA-System-with-Wireless-LavalierHeadset-MIC-and-1-Wired-Mic

Where is the 9V battery located on a Kenmore upright freezer model 970

The location of the 9V battery on a Kenmore upright freezer model 970 can vary depending on the specific model and design. However, in general, the 9V battery is typically located in the control panel or on the back of the freezer near the compressor. Pyle PLTAB8 Car Component System, Lights will not turn off. Help

Sounds like he did not wire a remote line from your radio to the amplifier, if he put a 12v from the battery to the amp and the remote spot on the amp then it will not turn off, you will need to either wore a toggle switch to the remote so you can turn it off manually or check the back of your radio for a remote line or splice a remote line from the accessory power supply on your radio so the amp will turn on when the radio is on

I am installing a Pyle PLMR87WB stereo into a Pyle PLMRCW3 Water resistant stereo housing. I am soldering the connectors and shrink wrapping them. Do I need to connect the memory wire. I do not want to run...

OK, time to go into cheat mode. You can always install a toggle switch to that wire. The only features I see you losing are that the time will be incorrect on the clock and it might not save your preset radio stations. All other functions are basic. Might I suggest a lighted toggle switch, this will help to remind you to turn it off.

The battery attachment for the 9V battery broke. One of the clips that attaches to the battery broke off when I was trying to take the battery out to replace it. Is there a way to add a new 9V battery...

if you are a bit handy, you can by replacement 9v packs/adapters that you can solder or wire nut on. Depending on what type of remote you have, it might be more economical to by a new one. the packs are ready available on eBay.

Power pack creates 'hummmm' in wireless headphones.

I don't think the 12V power pack is the problem. Generally there would be a regulator on the plug pack input to the transmitter (as power packs are notoriously bad at voltage regulation).

My guess is it an 'earth leak' between the TV and the transmitter via the audio lead. Does the powerpack have a earth pin. If so, are you able to plug it into an non-earthed power outlet.

If this isn't possible try removing the ground connection from the audio lead.

It could also be a bad audio lead.

Is the TV mono and the transmitter stereo or visa versa? You may need a mono to stereo lead.

Hopefully something in here will help.
