The E5 Error is specific to the TR2000e and the TR3000e treadmills.
The error code triggers when an object is detected by the folding sensors on the underside of the treadmill. The folding sensors look like small trapezoids: two on the back and two on the front. Make sure there are no foreign objects underneath the treadmill. If no objects are present, inspect the sensors for damage. If the problem persists, please contact customer service.
I do not see your model treadmill listed on that page. I suspect LUbe means your treadmill needs lubricating. The General Maintenace instrucitions (link the last one in the first column on the Support Documents page) will give you some information.

You may want to send an email to find out how you can obtain an owner's manual for your model of treadmill.
1( test the voltage to the terminal , if there are voltage the FAN is faulty, change it. 2( if there are NOT voltage to the terminal FAN, test the line why are NOT coming voltage, test some fuse, or c. breaker, tight any plug, connector, or loose wires. 3( Try again. see the block di attached. and fix it. God bless you
Typically a non start up of any electrical Exercise equipment raises alot of red flags If this treadmill will not start Check the internal fuse MAKE SURE ITS NOT PLUGGED IN!!!! UNPLUG IT FROM THE WALL 2 If there is NO Fuse and you just bought it new Return it for an exchange. 3 Check your wall outlet for less then 5 Bucks you can buy a wall outlet tester that tells you if your Outlet is good Or Bad.4 DO NOT Attempt to service this item on your own the way they make treadmills you have to have a qualified service tech come out and fix it because the risk of serious shock or death is emminent.
