Wii has no power whatsoever going in

The button has to be pressed until you see the light come on try using the wimote power button on the upper left corner hold it until you see the light if its yellow its in standby if its green its on you should see the disk entry area turn blue a sec when it comes on. Then it should be green on the power light if no lights in just a couple or 3 seconds holding it down you may have 2 bad wii's in a row. If you take it back ask them if they have a test model on the floor and tell them to show you exactly how it works to power on and off.

How to connect wii fit board to the wii

Important Note!
Do Not use "One-Time Mode" sync.
Syncing can be completed only if a compatible game disc is running in the console. The Wii Balance Board may need to be synced to each compatible game individually. Some games may require you to go into a specific screen to sync the Wii Balance Board. These sync settings will be saved even after the console is turned off.

1. Insert a Wii Balance Board compatible game disc in the Wii console.
2. Use the Wii Remote to select the Disc Channel from the Wii Menu, then select "Start" to begin the game.3. Open the SD Card slot cover on the front of the Wii console.4. Remove the Battery Cover on the bottom of the Wii Balance Board.
5. Press and release the SYNC button on the Wii Balance Board. The Power LED on the board will start blinking.
6. Press and release the SYNC button on the console while the Power LED on the board is still blinking.
7. The Power LED will stop blinking and light steadily once the synchronization is complete.8. Replace the battery cover and return the board to the normal operating position.

Hi guys my Toshiba m35x s149 fell 2 feet to a wooden floor. The battery meter shows power of 63% but upon removing the power cord it switches it off.Tried another battery same response.when all is off( no...

I would think that the internal battery connections have been damaged from the fall. They may only need re-soldering. Any drop on to a hard surface from almost any height can damage your laptop.

It sounds like your video card on the Wii has malfunctioned

I would email http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/webform.jsp nintendo directly especially if the wii is less than a year old. They will either repair it or replace it for a new Wii.

However I would not say it fell on its side as they may not replace it :)

How can i re connect the wii fit balance board to my wii ?

Synching can be completed only if a compatible game disc is running in the console. Compatible game discs (such as Wii Fit) will display the Wii Balance Board icon on their packaging.
The Wii Balance Board must be synced to each compatible game individually.
These sync settings will be saved even after the console is turned off.

Follow these directions to sync the Wii Balance Board (so that it is recognized by the Wii console):

Insert a Wii Balance Board compatible game disc (such as Wii Fit) in the Wii console.

Use the Wii Remote to select the Disc Channel from the Wii Menu, then select "Start" to begin the game.

Open the SD Card slot cover on the front of the Wii console.

Remove the Battery Cover on the bottom of the Wii Balance Board.

Press and release the SYNC button on the Wii Balance Board. The Power LED on the board will start blinking.

Press and release the SYNC button on the console while the Power LED on the board is still blinking.

The Power LED will stop blinking and light steadily once the synchronization is complete.

I have checked all three inputs into the wii unit; the power cord, the sensor bar cord, and the rca cords (all three) and I still can't get the wii to come on. The wii power cord shares the same plug as...

The sensor bar cable and the RCA cable can be ignored for this problem. In fact, just disconnect them and go with just the power cable. If you are getting power to your Wii, it will display a green power light on the front when you power it on without the sensor bar or the RCA cable plugged in. (It should also display an orange light when it is off, if it is getting power from the outlet.) Take the Wii into another room with working outlets and plug it in. Attempt to power it on with the power button on the Wii, and with a working Wii remote. If neither will power the Wii on, try borrowing a Wii power cable from a friend, or purchase a replacement. If the new power cable does not fix the problem, see if the Wii is still under warranty and send it in for repair.

Hi, unfortunately my Wii fell onto the carpet last

i think that the laser inside the disk drive has skipped

lets say the laser moves from a to b (a is the start)(b is the end)

the laser might of jumped to b but the console still thinks it is at a and it keeps trying to move it towards b but it cant go any further because the laser tracks stop

you could open the console up and test the drive or replace the disk drive

One Wii won't read discs the other won't turn on!

If Wii gives Disc Read Error, first step you need to check is to try another disc or clean the exisitng disc. This will confirm that problem is with either Wii or Disc. If the console itself is giving disc read error then it needs to be repaired. You may check out DIY Wii Fix Guide, that will show step by step information to fix the problem yourself. It also gives information on fixing many Wii Related Problems, so its a kind of Wii Problems Reference Fix Guide
