Hi I lost my AC Adaptor for my Fuji F20 Finepix camera and the battery has now gone flat. How else can I re-charge my battery? Is there a replacement adaptor I can buy or something?
My factory reconditioned outfit won't properly properly charge the battery in the camera. Everything seemed to be working but the battery would take very little charge and expired in minutes. Charging in the camera isn't that bright an idea anyway, so before I fought it out with Fuji over the warranty, I decided to see if everything else worked OK. I got a $10 external charger for the NP70 battery on EBay. While I was at it I got 2 spare batteries to keep charged, these were like $6 each and boasted higher capacity. Fantastic success. I may still fight out the issue with
Fuji but I can use this great little camera in the meantime. I may never need the spares though, the original battery is just fine and has lasted longer between charges than I expected. search for NP70 on Ebay.
Go to a reputable Fuji supplier, or www.fujifilm.co.uk

The F410 Zoom makes use of the new xD-Picture Card media that is smaller than a postage stamp. Fuji supplies a 16MB card and they are available now up to 256MB. The F410 is powered by a small proprietary lithium rechargeable battery. This battery pack performed well in our use and if the color LCD is used sparingly, I see no problem with the battery delivering enough power for a conservative day's use. As with any camera that uses a proprietary battery pack, it is always a good idea to purchase and carry a charged spare at all times. The included power supply / charger is an auto switch type and operates on 100-240V AC which is convenient when traveling. It charges the battery in 3 hours (or less) while in the camera and also functions as an AC power supply for extended use at home. The battery is also charged any time the camera is placed in the optional camera dock.
