Not a easy task on one of these, all covers off, doc feeder and scanner have to be disconnected from main pcb and then remove entire assemblys (Entire top of machine ends up sliding back and up/off), then your getting closer to removing fuser..brackets frame off...many screws, if you aint done it, very easy to break.
I broken a few learning but it's the only way to know! There is a Service manual but It is not publicly allowed to distribute it, and to be honest they are harder to understand than the printer... just be logical, patient, gentle, steady, or be smart replace.

Unfortunately, the scanner assembly must come off. It's all screws and covers from then on.Try buying a service manual from eBay.

There is no baud rate to this printer, it's either parallel cable or USB cable. Baud rate refers to the old serial cable connections, com1 or com2. You can add memory to this printer to make it print more documents faster. Try this location:
