Manufacturers only run a production for so long then they discontinue it, its called obselencense

Does anyone know where I can find a copy of the manual also?!?! I cannot get the carseat base to fit into my car. It keeps sliding back and forth. :(

We are looking into purchasing this travel system and too noticed there were no extra bases to be purchased at the store. I've searched online and 2 people have said you need to call Cosco (since that's who actually makes the seat) for additional bases and they're $35 each. The number is 800-544-1108 and have the make and model information handy. One other person said it's identical to the Eddie Bauer seats so you can buy those bases - I personally would try calling Cosco first and wait on mixing bases/seats as a last resort. All it takes is one slight mis-fitting and to me it's not worth it. Good luck!

hi I think I could help I bought a bertini shuttle as well if you stand behind the pram on the right run your hand down the right side of the hood there is a push up lever there mine is grey ok you need to push the grey? lever but also on the left and right there is a black lever you must push up al together hope this helps good luck from debbie
