819 Fatal kernel error
Due to a control error, a RAM overflow
occurred during system processing.
• Controller board defective
• Insufficient memory
• Expanded memory defective

The main machine firmware failed to recognize TPM
because USB flash is not operating or a system module

you didn't specify what problem it has??? does it print?? does it scan? if it doesnt print then check the toners and or maybe it has a paper stuck??? or maybe its the Fuser. a laserprinter has a toner and a fuzer and they both wear out, but people aren't aware about the fuser so when it dies it wont print even if it has a new toner.

My machine ricoh mp c2352sp displays SC 819. I can't enter to maintenance mode and it couldn't accept the firmware. Any help to solve it!

You have a bad print job coming in... You can prove it by disconnecting the ethernet cable from the unit and reboot the copier, (cancel the print job, that most likley was printed from the internet) -Carl

Error SC 551 / Ricoh MP C 2550

Hello!
This code is related to a Fusing temperature error.
You probably need to take a look at the heating roller thermistor.
The best advise i can give you is to call a technician to see it (if you do not have technical knowledge)
If you want to reset the code try this:
Press yellow key
Press in the key pad 107
Press red key at least 5 sec.
Press "copy SP"
On the key pas press 5810 and #.
On the touch panel press "execute"
Exit all the way out.
Turn the machine off and on.

TENHO UMA RICOH 161 E DEU O CODIGO SC 819

Isso é um erro de firmware.
Existe uma actualização que corrige isso. Se tiveres acesso a descarregar os firmwares e se souberes como fazer... O teu problema está resolvido.
Contudo aconselho que ligues com a assistencia tecnica. Contacta com a Ricoh portugal e eles enviam-te um tecnico que saberá fazer isso.
