I have a TROMM DD-Inverter 7kg WP-87000 front loading washing machine. Mysteriously, because it wasn’t in use at the time, the washer started displaying the error message “CL.” Can anyone help diagnose this error message and its related problem? I have inherited the machine from the previous owners and don’t have the washer’s owners manual. Many thanks!
THE CL ERROR CODE IS CHILD LOCK, PRESS AND HOLD THE PREWASH BUTTON FOR 3 SECONDS AND IT SHOULD TURN OFF........ BUT IF THERE ARE OTHER BUTTONS TO PRESS TRY IT OUT, THE OLDER LG'S HAD TWO BUTTONS TO PRESS, SO IF YOURS ARE THE OLDER ONES TRY IT OUT..... IF THIS HELPED OUT, PLS LEAVE A FEED BACK. I DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENTS FROM ANYONE ONLY FEED BACKS, IT MOTIVATES ME TO HELP OUT OTHERS WHO NEEDS HELP....................

Hey did you ever figure this out?? I, too, just got this message in my inherited, manual-less washer. Already cleaned out the lint thing in the bottom right corner, and found a bunch of bobby pins about about 600won. But the CL won't go away.
On this particular machine the CL child lock is disengaged by pressing the Prewash button for 3 seconds.
