I would check your electrical supply. Plug in a hair dryer where the coffeemaker was plugged in and see if it works. If it doesn't there is probably nothing wrong with the coffeemaker.

SOURCE: Bunn Coffee maker leaks

Hi, you can go to www.bunnomatic.com, and select for home or commercial units, and get an 800 number to call for service and parts. If they cannot help you a appliance repair shop should be able to get you going, thank you.

SOURCE: Coffee grounds overflow out of basket into top of coffee pot.

Coffee overflowing onto the counter is a common complaint found in response to many automatic drip coffee makers. The following are potential solutions that can be used to rule out "operator error" vs. a defect or malfunction:

1. Do not "pack" or otherwise overfill the cone/basket with grinds.
2. Ensure you are using the correct grind for an automatic drip coffee maker, neither too fine nor too course. (See instruction manual.)
3. Do not overfill with water. Use the carafe to pour water into the reservoir. This is because a "cup" in coffee terms is defined as 6 oz, not 8 oz. Note: Some coffee makers define as little as 5 oz as a cup.
4. Make sure the filter cone/basket clicks into place and that the carafe is centered and pushed all the way in.
5. Try a permanent filter rather than a paper filter or vice versa.
6. Only use the correct permanent or paper filter (see manual).
7. Verify that the Pause 'n Serve button isn't sticking. If it is activated too long the brew will escape over the top of the cone/basket. This may be more apt to happen if the alignment of the carafe and the basket is incorrect.
8. Clean your machine with vinegar or as instructed by your user manual at least three times per year, more if your water supply is hard. A properly cleaned machine is less likely to suffer a burned out heating element, to take too long to brew, to produce "off" tasting coffee, or to clog and overrun the filter basket as the water runs through the grinds.
9. Ensure that the coffee machine is sitting level on the counter.

It sounds like a seal/gasket is defective causing it to leak. Please locate the model and date code on the bottom of the brewer and contact customer service for troubleshooting and replacement options.

SOURCE: I just purchased a new

Plug in brewer and turn on vacation switch on side

of brewer. Allow 15 minutes for water to heat to proper

temperature. This is a quote from bunns troubleshooting page. Also it should be under warranty in which case you could go to www.bunn.com and call their service line and either have them send a tech to look at it or have you send it off for warranty repair. Hope this helps.

Very loud when heating

It's the sound of the water expanding quickly as it's nearing its boiling point amplified by the enclosed water tank inside. Normal.

!0 Cup home Bunn. Does not brew the number of cups of water coffee (water) in craft. 8 cups of water 6cups of coffee.

If you don't brew often enough you will loose a small amount of water in the tank due to evaporation while the tank heater comes on and goes off to maintain the proper brewing temperature, so if it has been a while since you last brewed, without coffee in brew basket put a carafe of water thru the brewer, you will get less than a full carafe out because it fills the evaporated space in the tank first then uses the rest to brew. Once your tank heater shuts off usually 5 minutes on less you will get out all the volume you put in.

Why won't my bunn coffee maker turn on

You should check to insure that the tank inside the machine is full of water. Pour in 1 pot of water at a time until you get water to come out of the brew basket. If you haven't done any internal damage it should be ready to brew a pot of coffee inabout 20 minutes.

Coffee machine every slow

Water discharge tube from heated tank is likely caked with mineral deposits. Bunn makes a de-liming tool for just such a problem.
Google "bunn deliming tool", or buy it on Amazon.

My bunn coffer maker is the one that keeps water hot all the time.

Bunn 10 cup home coffee brewer is leaking from the bottom area. Any ideas on how to repair this?

These models have a plastic pour-in tray just under the top lid. The plastic on these trays gets brittle over time with the heating and cooling, and they crack where they mount to the tank. The only real way to repair this is to replace the pour-in tray, but these are not sold anywhere that I have found. You might be able to find a used one at a Bunn dealer in your area.
I have seen some people do a temporary repair by putting a washer under the mounting bolt and sealing it with silicone, but this is a temp. fix at best. By the way, the reason that the water appears to be coming from the bottom of the machine is that there is no other place for the water to come out after it leaks from the top.

Our coffee is weaker and bland the past few days, and we are using the same amount of coffee, and the same brand, what is wrong with our coffee maker?

If this is a BUNN, the problem is the heating element is turned of by the switch on the side or the heating element is bad. Feel the rear tank area of your unit. it should feel warm to the touch at all times that is is plugged in. The water must be up to temp to work properly.
