Whwn turning on tv, the audio comes on, no picture, but the tv shuts off after 2 minuets. i restart and audio comes on and picture appears after 2 min. also picture is dim. mayb lamp? thanks

if its new. . .return it. . .but if you hold page button down your doing a factory reboot try a soft reboot after the unit starts up sounds to me you have a bad screen pad that's making the cursor come on all the time

I would like to inform you that my Hisense TV LES 55K 360 X3D has problem. The problem is that. We turn the TV on all function is working ok Audio and Video are ok but after continuing on suddenly the picture Video is stop and we can not see the picture on TV only Voice is come. This type of problem arrives from one mo the. We shut the TV power off and then restart TV. The picture and voice is ok but after some time the Picture is automatically off and only voice is hearing.
I request you please tell me that what is the problem it is hard wear problem or software problem. what we have to do.

you have to turn the screen control up a bit.there are 2 conrols on the flyback transformer,top one is focas bottom one is screen,turn it up 1/8 turn turn set off then on.repeat this until picture appears(if you turn it up too much picture will be to brite with lines and will shut off) if it shuts off just turn contron down a bit then restart it.

Normal 0 Hi, You need to change the coils on the top of the gas valve. This is a very common problem with the newer gas dryers. We have them for $29.95 on out web site www.whilpoolpartssurplus.com

If the screen works for a short while and then completely fails once the TV warms up you have a problem with the main unit video board or the LCD control logic board. Most often if the picture cuts out but audio continues to work the logic board is over heating and should be replaced. However if the picture cuts out and audio shuts off as well then its your video input board.

Doe this always go into overload independent of the volume level? Try disconnecting the speakers completely and running the set. Does the set shutdown then too?
