Why is water collecting in the drawers of my Samsung refrigerator. Is there a drain that may be clogged?

Usually due to CONDENSATION due to bad door seals or a plugged evaporator drain line? Can use a soft flexable tubing and very hot water to clean it out. Bad door seals usually need replacement, but u can use a blow dryer and something to pry it closer to the door wall while blowing hot air on to it. To create a seal, to test for bad door seals place a dollar bill in between the door and wall of fridge where it closes. Then slide out the dollar bill with door closed. It should offer some resistance and not be easy to pull out.
Most all fridges have a drain. Look inside your fridge for a "V" shaped channel with a small hole. This hole leads to a tube and a small pan which sits on top of your refrigerator's compressor. The defrost cycle causes water to run into the channel, down the tube, and then it generally evaporates with the heat of the hot condenser/compressor.
However, if that tube is clogged with food crumbs, particles , debris etc, you will have to clear it to get back to a normal mode of operation. A toothpick, pipecleaner, straw or a cotton bud can often do the trick.
Even a frost free freezer will still ice up at times in the areas away from the heated defrost area and the drain line can freeze. This icing causes the pipe work to the compressor to ice over or sweat and cause a puddle. Or if the drainage has frozen over, it will need to be de-iced. ( usually the line is under the freezer bottom plate covering. Towards the back of the unit) And there is another inside the fridge area also.
Give the freezer a good overnight defrost until it's totally clear of ice in addition to making sure the drain is clear to the pan at the back and then restart the freezer.

Behind the white plastic section at the back of your freezer (4-6 screws to remove) there is a drain hole at the bottom. This will be frozen and prevent water from defrost from draining away - we have exactly the same problem. defrost the freezer and ensure this drain is no -longer frozen. I used hairdryer and warm water to clear. You may have a secondary problem of defrost cycle going wrong - the most common replaced part is R1098 or something like that a defrost sensor which is easy to replace by removing the top rear plastic section - 3-4 screws to remove and it simply pulls out as it is lightly clipped in. I was worried about breaking it but it came out with a bit of a tug. The defrost heating element is another part which can pack in. I'd replace the other part first and see how it goes.

Well first thing shut the water off,drain water out by removing filter ,check the o-ring on filter and if you recently changed the filter you possibly pinched it when reinstalling and now you need a new. If not it could have a flat spot on it and wore out either way you need a new on.Appliance store (get model # or take with to match up) or even at times a hardware store that sells o-rings.

often a blocked drain. The drain pipe should empty on to a collection bowl on top of the compressor. If you can blow sharply up this pipe, the blockage should clear.
Just had mine repaired. The evaporator drain is plugged with ice. The solution is to replace the heat sensor and add a piece of metal extending from the small heat coil under the evaporator that supplements the piece already there. The guy that repaired mine used a piece of coat hanger wire for the extension. Except for the heat sensor, it's a repair anyone can do. Just take off the plastic cover on the inside back of the fridge, melt the ice obstruction in the drain and hang a piece of wire from the heat coil into the drain. He also used some metallic duct tape to raise the height of the drain tray on the ends so that it wouldn't overflow in the future.
