You can configure the printer's Internet connection from the Embedded Web Server or from the front
panel.

First check if you are connected to the internet. If this is the case, try downloading a different web browser such as Chrome or Firefox. This should fix the problem one way or another. If all fails, there may be a problem with the web server you're trying to connect to. If that's the case, its out of your hands.

Dear sir From the Menu screen, highlight Web Access and click Select (Figure 1). Scroll down to Web Sessions and click Select (Figure 2). Scroll down the list to select the mobile Internet service you want ? e.g. O2 Post Pay, Orange GPRS WAP, T-Mobile, Virgin or Vodafone (Figure 3). Click on the Menu key (The [?] button under the screen) and select Set Default (Figure 4). Press Back and then click Launch (Figure 5). If i click the google chrome always the web page is not available.How to connect in google chrome?

Have you tested that you have an Internet connection? Have you tried with another web browser that you can access Internet. If you have an Internet connection maybe Chrome is in off line mode. Try to uncheck it.

Web opening problem

The windows based phones usually O2 requires generation 2 internet connection. So you check with your service provider for the connection type.
If it is 2nd generation internet connection then check the GPRS settings in Settings>Connection for the authentication. If PAP is selected then try with CHAP, because it varies based on the service provider.

Internet Explorer cannot display the web page

Have you installed any software firewalls lately, I know Norton has a habit of randomly blocking the internet.

Try disabling any firewall you may have and try again, if the internet surfing problem persists, try plugging in a wired connection and seeing if you can surf from there.
