From the description it is the magnetron, it will be expensive for the part alone, and keep in mind shops have different rates making impossible to give exact quotes, but I would estimate parts and labour at least $250.00 or more, if you decide to go with the repair make sure the magnetron is not a aftermarket product it will last about 6 months.

Can someone explain me the meanings of the symbols on this microwave pictures I took?

The cost of parts and labour is in generally in excess of the cost of a new machine. Apart from running the risk of killing yourself or someone else by attempting repairs yourself, microwaves are basically a throw away item - regardless of the original price paid or a quality brand name.

(Note - there can still be very nasty voltages inside the machine even tho its turned OFF)

Sounds pretty normal but the inside is not supposed to get hot - only the food is.

Try heating a half glass of water for 1 minute if it gets hot... its working - if not then the actual microwave generating device inside has probably died.
In that case buy a new microwave oven as the cost of parts and labour to repair is usually more than cost of buying a new one.,

A faulty Magnatron ( engine)

There is no separate fuse here. If there is no heat the magnatron has stopped working. re[pairs are almost not worth the effort due to cost of the unit and the labour. Easier to visit a pawn shop ands gewt a goood second hand recehecked on with a warranty for about $50-100 ( a fraction of the repair cost)

Before you ENGAGE in a wholesale repair effort...

You should check your machine is not in DEMO mode...

Demo Mode
Activate to practice using the control without actually turning on
the magnetron. Touch and hold number pad "3" for 3 seconds. The
"DEMO" icon will appear in the display. Repeat to exit Demo Mode
