read the conditions on the account and you will see that there is a daily limit on what you can use
next point , if they say there is unusual activity on the account , that should have raised the red flags in your mind and you should have immediately downloaded the account summary for that account as it indicates that you have been hacked

-Call your bank that you want to buy some thing the amount of ... dollars before make a purchase.

You're not having a problem with the console; you're having a problem with your bank and/or payment method.

• Make sure you have your most recent credit/debit card stored in your system. If you don't, add your newest.
• If you do, then try calling your bank to make sure you have enough money for the purchase, or to alert them to the fact your card isn't working.
• Try again later. You might be being flagged for trying to make a purchase in a new area or because you have too many recently declined purchases.

Since you declined to tell us what "this" model is, try searching for it on eBay and Cragislist.

It means that your purchased was declined because the network was unable to obtain a response from your bank/credit card company. This can be for various reasons, but you should be able to try later.

Yes, I priced one today. It will set you back 50% of your original purchase price.
