Phone says offline

contact your telco, they have cut you off.

Here are the following guidelines.

1. Insert your sim on your mobile, try to go to your profile and choose general then wait until the signal and network will comes out.

2. Try to check your simcard socket pins if its clean and align,as well as clean the simcard using an eraser from pencil or any.

3. this will turn into a hardware fixing cause might the simcard ic is damage or connected parts related to simcard reader,and with this,you need to visit a mobile service shop near you.

Perhaps it's for the flight mode? Try resetting that part out.

try to switch your phone on and off but sometimes it does not works

try open ur handset and make the pcb warm with ur hairdryer and fix it again i think it is due 2 moisture and it should work as its not picking simcard.try it and reply me with results.

try performing a software reflash

go to u r nearest NOKIA CARE shop they will fix u r problem free of cost(if u have warrenty).

just check if ur cell phone is not in offline mode... go to profile and select generall profile if it works
otherwise ur cell phone is locked by the old service provider
