SOURCE: On a MacBook Air right-hand

Set up an appointment at the apple store and see if you can get it replaced but don't try any DIY stuff because it will most likely void your warranty

How do I Return regular keyboard functionality on Apple MacBook Air notebook

Sounds like you need a new keyboard. You can get one from apple or a third party vendor. One thing you might try is re-installing the drivers for the keyboard.

Macbook Air connecting to acer projector limited screen issue

This s most likely because of a limitation of the Acer Projector.

Best is to turn of screen mirroring, so at least on the Air you'll have a normal functioning screen.

Let me know if this answers your question.

My macbook air disk drive doesn't take any cds in

Thanks for asking your question with Fixya Support. I will be glad to assist you.

For simple but in-depth troubleshooting, I suggest this link for you to review in regards to working toward resolving the Macbook Air SuperDrive CD /DVD issues.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If the guide provided above does not resolve the problem, then the issue here is that your USB Superdrive (unless you are using a different non-Apple 3rd party CD/DVD drive) is experiencing a mechanical failure.

This Apple external USB CD/DVD SuperDrive is fairly straight-forward in its use.

Now if the issue you were having had something to do with only a DVD or CD constantly ejecting automatically after you placed such a disk in the drive, that would be different.

In this case however, if the guide above does not help and you are experiencing the SuperDrive working intermittently, my advice, is to take your Macbook Air with the external SuperDrive in to your local Apple retail store Genius bar or Apple Authorized service provider for a free diagnostics to determine the root cause of the SuperDrive failing intermittently.

Feel free to reply back if you have any questions regarding the information I have provided you.

I have a MACbook Air and a cannon printer-scanner. Work fine together but I cannot make the scanner work with the computer. How do I do that?

Did your printer/scanner come with CD? It should've that loads any specialty functions. Most MACs do it automatically but some require apps supplied by printer manufacturer. You might contact Apple support also, they'll actually call you back at pre determined time of your choosing. FREE

My husband got on my Macbook Air and pressed command + and a bunch of other stuff. Now my page won't stay still. It floats around as I use the mouse. The whole page moves.

What you have done is accidently magnified your screen slightly. To correct this hold down your ctrl key and move your finger on the track pad to the back of the track pad. Failing this restarting your MacBook Air should reset the screen to the default view. Hope this helps.

Macbook laptop internal keyboard and mouse entirely not functioning. But computer itself is fine as i am typing on a usb keyboard

Did the keyboard get wet by any chance? You'll have to replace the palm rest. If you want somebody else to do it for you go to Macbook Repair. If you want to do it yourself, here is an Macbook Repair Guide that shows how to repair a Macbook.

Mac book air cannot start

When troubleshooting a Macbook Air, there is a checklist from Apple Support you need to try.
You are welcome to do so after first trying these steps first.

• Check the Magsafe power adapter, to make sure it is free of debris and is seated properly.

• If with decent charge, try to start the Macbook Air, with only the battery.

If you get power from either one of these issue resolved- otherwise follow the steps provide more in detail from Apple listed in the link below.

Troubleshooting Macbook Air (additional steps)
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Such power issues with Macbook Airs as well as Macbook 13" and Macbook Pro 13" are about the same and there are no workarounds, so make sure to follow those procedures completely for a full assessment of your Macbook Air's functionality.

Hope this helps!
