Seam leaks are most difficult to fix on amy inflatable product. However, if yo can find an AC man or an AC supply store that will sell to you they have a tape that is foil on one side and a thick gummy material on the other once in place it is impossible to remove. My brother called it "Hard Cast" but it is not, hard cast is a two part process that will not work for you. This tape has a paper that you must peal off before you apply it.
Drain the tub, let it dry, no moisture or dirt or soap residue. Let all the air out of the tub. Then apply enough tape to cover the tare by 2" on all sides. Also trip the tape so that there are no sharp edges. This will not only feel more comfortable but make it harder to peal away. Make sure the tape goes on smoothly and with no wrinkles in the vinyl or the tape. You will only get one shot at this.
I think the best place to look for inflatable leak repair is in the marine industry. I found a product called tear-aid and I think it may be helpful for inflatable hot tub spa owners. Tear Aid Repair Kit for Inflatables and Fabric
