Hello, ideally we need the exact model number of your Oven however the following is a link to the LG website where you can download a manual for a WAVEDOME http://www.lg.com/us/support-product/lg-MS-152XC
I see by looking at the owner's manual there is an option to set power level from 0% to 100%, maybe that is set too low (see page 14 of manual). If don't have manual for that model (LMVM2277ST), can get from this web page (look near bottom of page and click words "owner's manual" that are underlined) :
