My iphone won't sync to Facebook, to Candy Crush. i get a message, "Sorry you cannot access the kingdom right now. I cannot sync, so the level is advanced on iphone compared to FB.

With any iOS device, the first troubleshooting step is always to completely power down the device. Shut it off and restart it. That often fixes a lot.

If that doesn't do it for you, go to the Settings and find the Facebook setting. Turn off permission for the Facebook app to access the Candy Crush account. Delete the Facebook app.


The next part may seem a bit scary, but don't worry; your Candy Crush data is safe. Delete the Candy Crush app,. the restart the iPhone again.

Redownload Facebook and sign into it. Then redownload Candy Crush. Open Facebook app and search for Candy Crush. When asked, allow Candy Crush to access your profile info. Give it about 20 minutes to filter down, it should right itself after that.

hopefully your play is synced to your FB account open game on facebook if it shows correct level then game on phone is not connecting to your facebook account reconnect it under user settings.

IPhone 6, Facebook and reinstalled candy crush. cant ask friends for help. pick friends and hit send. screen flips to load then disappears quickly sending it back to regular candy crush screen
You can either 1. Go into your facebook, settings, apps,
allow/add Candy Crush. If that doesn't work, 2. Try going into ur IOS store, go to settings, make sure Facebook + CC are both updated. Open candy Crush thru the store. In ur main menu, settings, allow/add Facebook. If this doesn't work, go in ur IPhone settings and make sure all ur accounts are synced. Hope I could help! I have done this mad times with both Ios and Android apps and games.

I do not have a Facebook account for myself, so my candy crush on my phone will not let me purchase anything
This is one of the tricks to lure you into Facebook. You also are blocked from certain levels, if you don't ask friends on Facebook to like you and the game.
I did trow the app from my phone after lever 20 or so, because of the same annoying things. Yoou can't fight it. Become a Facebook user, or stop playing candy crush.

Make sure you are logged in to Facebook on both devices and then reload the browser page for Candy crush on your computer. This should make the game sync between both devices.

Lost candy crush levels
If you still have access to your old account, and have acess to an IOS or android device, you can install candy crush on your device, and then link it to your old facebook account to sync the saves. After that you can change the account you are using on your device to your new facebook account.

If you don't have a device, you could look at using BlueStacks on a PC instead, but I'm not sure if it will work with Candy Crush Saga.

Are you sure you are using the latest version of Candy Crush Saga? Please download and install: Candy Crush Saga 1.12.0
Then install the latest version of Facebook on the Kindle Fire: Facebook 3.2.1
Try to link after you reinstall Facebook.
