How do I get a fax confirmation sheet?

Navigate to the Settings on the Printer itself, Under Settings there would be a column which would say Fax settings, Under that you would see an option to Turn it Off!!!!!

HP LaserJet 3050, 3055, 3390, 3392 AiO Product - How to Print a FAX Confirmation Report Description By default, a Fax Confirmation report (Fax Call Report) will only print when a fax error occurs. However, this option can be changed using the printer control panel.

1. Press the right arrow until Reports appears in the display, press the checkmark.
2. Press the right arrow until Fax Call Report appears in the display, press the checkmark.
3. Press the right arrow until Print Report appears in the display, press the checkmark.
4. Right arrow to the option of choice, press the checkmark to save the change.

FAX call report options

• Send Fax Only - a confirmation sheet will only print when a fax is sent
• Never - no fax confirmation sheets
• Every Error - default setting
• Send Error - a fax confirmation prints when the fax transmission encounters an error
• Every Fax - a fax confirmation sheet will print for incoming

You can use the reports button or menu button to reports, and print out the user settings list. It shows where the settings are, and what they're set on. In fax setup you can select frequency of report printing, but the Brother machines always give a printout if a fax fails.

Try this:

Press the Setup button (it might be the sign of a monkey range)

1. Press the Down arrow ( ) to highlight Print Report , then press OK .
2. Press the Down arrow ( ) to highlight Fax Confirmation , then press OK .
3. Press the Down arrow ( ) to select one of the following options in the table below, then press OK

On Fax Send Prints a fax confirmation report for every fax you send. On Fax Receive Prints a fax confirmation report for every fax you receive. Send and Receive Prints a fax confirmation report for every fax you send and receive. Off Does not print a fax confirmation report when you send and receive faxes successfully. This is the default setting.

Keep pressing menu button on machine until you see until you see "Reports"in screen then press right arrow and scroll through to ""send report then press enter. The report of all recent faxes sent will print from the machine.

when i fax there is no confirmation sheet that prints..........help!!!!

Scroll through your menus and look for TX CONFIRMATION set it for incomplete only or never
