How do I find ring tones on my Alcatel one touch pixi?

I don't know what to look in to find ring tones please help.

Ringtone for all calls

From the Home screen, tap the Recent Apps key to bring up the Menu.
Tap Settings.
Scroll to 'DEVICE,' then tap Audio profiles.
Under 'PREDEFINED PROFILES,' tap General.
Tap the Settings icon.
Scroll to '[INCOMING CALLS],' then tap Phone ringtone.
Tap Phone ringtone again.
Tap the desired ringtone from the scrolling list.
Tap OK to confirm.

unfortunatlely there is no way you cane set a file that exceeds 1 mega bite i know this as i have had the same problem so if it is a full song sorry but there is no way you can set this as a ringtone

Have you updated the firmware lately? Some of the newer versions wont let you delete your ringers once they are stored. Do you know how to use bitpim? If not shoot me an email and i can walk you through it. It is really easily to use. Good Luck!

Below are the media formats supports for the Palm Pixi. It is possible the ringtones and pictures are unsupported formats.
Audio formats: MP3, AAC, AAC+, eAAC+, AMR, QCELP, WAV
