PROBLEMS With model WA42T26GW1 washer

Keeps beeping and lid light stays on with power turned on- code third and fourth green and spin cycle red

Hi just read your posting.Starting from the left to right if the lights that are on when the machine is beeping are the 3rd and 4th and 8th then the error code is called COLD VALVE FAULTY.This means either your cold water valve is faulty or you control module is faulty.Would you like me to guide you in the testing and isolating the fault and replacing the faulty component?Please reply for further help.Looking forward to your reply.

GWL Washer won't spin only beeps; Diagnostic lighs:the third light is lit up green in the bank of lights on the left; the first light on the right is lit up orange and the third is lit up red. Thanks,Hepi

SOURCE: lid lock stays on and constant beep on excellence washing machine

i have the problem when i turn power on 2 green wash cycle lights plus the red lid lock stay on with constant beeping every second then when i push the start button the 2 green lights go out and the red lid lock light stays on but no beeps please help

this sounds like a common problem its a fault code 130 whic means most often its the R.P.S or full name rotary position sensoner located at the bottom under the big plastic cover,will haveeither corrosion on the contacts or needs replacing altogether

Light stays when door closed

sounds like you are in diagnostics mode.
Press Wash temp down and Power at the same time to get out of it from memory (although this is for the older models).
If this is the wrong button combo, call F&P and they will probably give you the correct combination for your model machine.

Fisher paykel washer. turn on 3 progress lights up only, cannot switch off power button. When off the lid lock red light is on

this is a fault in the motor controller fault. the fault code number is 140. it may have a problem with the motor windings / RPS also. you will need parts from F+P.

Mw512 beeps and wont start

The lid switch sounds logical. That would certainly halt the cycle. I'm not sure what actuates the lid switch on your particular model but check it as well. Good luck.
