What can't you find? The mute button or the iPhone? Makes a difference. If its the mute you may have the phone on silent mode. You wouldn't hear it ring or anything but you would be able to hear music, etc.
In order to check your mobiles capability to modulate sound just put your headphone. If you are able to hear the speech through headphone then the problem is with your speaker. If unable to get the speech the problem is with main pcb itself and to repair that you will have to go to service center it will be costly but if you are able to hear through headphone then it will be cheap.
i have cyber acoustics headset and i cant hear anything but my Mic works, my sound is all fine, when i plug my headset out i can hear but when its plugged in, i cant hear anything.
You can't hear anything because the phone is most likely set on "airplane" or "headset" mode. You can go through your manual to reset it. Worse case contact your carrier and ask them for the website link for a manual viewable in PDF format.
This sounds like a problem with your connection for your headphones. Your headphone jack on your notebook is stereo, which means that you need stereo headphones to make it work. If you look at the tip of your plug on your headphone cord, it will have 1 black ring, or 2 black rings. 1 black ring is mono, 2 black rings is stereo.
If you are using stereo headphones, and you're still having this problem, your headphone plug is not going all the way into the jack on your notebook. Press the plug all the way into the jack and the problem should be fixed.
If you physically cannot push the plug all the way into the jack, there may be a problem with the jack on your notebook that will need to be looked at.
Hope this helps. Please take a moment to rate this solution. Thanks.
You can try to go into your setting and do a master reset, that will reset anything you may have accidently pressed but it sound like your speaker is blown.,Hopefully your phone is less than a year old, you can contact your cellular provider for warranty exchange
