Canon g16 restart - Canon PowerShot G16

Not supposed to have a delay. Something is wrong.
Possible causes are Starter/ Gen bad, loose belt or worn, I am thinking this a gas cart? Usually G16 A is gas and G16 E is electric.

depending on how the radiator was drained , ( bottom hose off or tank tap) it is possible that the wire to the crank position sensor was disturbed
run the fault codes to check for other possible wiring problems or sensor failure

sorry old post but others will land here and ask this simple questions...its a top question.
why not rent a scan too.
the 1.6 liter is the suzuki G16 engine.
i have vast data on it, and full shop manuals and parts lists.
and lots more.
the G16 has a distributor.
the J18 has NON, called DIS, (distributor-less ignition systems)
the J18 has cops. coil over plugs. times 4.
if it dont start. why not rent a scan tool..
want to work blind with EFI>? why to that and go broke.
why?
The 1999 (1996 and up ) usa cars, all run OBD2 PCMs
and all will scan with any OBD2 scanner made here.
even the $10 on fleabay work, need photos of it working have them. lots.

It really depends on the model of Powershot camera you purchased if it can shoot Raw format or not. I jbelieve the only model available currently that can is the Powershot S120 & G16, the older ones cannot. You can check your models capability at DPReview.com for more information on your camera model.

There are at least 3 different G16 engines depending on the year.
The one used in 1998 - 2000 models is an interference engine.

On the 1993 G8 it's 0.7~0.8mm
On the 2001 G16 it's 0.7~0.8mm

0.028~0.031 inches is the same measurement if you prefer in over mm
