If the filters are clean then as your facing the back you will see 2 channels one is shaped like a j there are 10 screws take them out and clean the chanels being careful of the thin rubber seals around the outer edge lt the piece you take off.if its not there then take the chanel on the right off,there are 7 screws.fold the vacuum open and lay flat because those 7 screws will seperate the upright from the base.after you take that off you will see a slot going across at the base,that is your main suction intake.some people say check the belt but the hoover savvy has 2 motors ,one for suction and one for the belt,they are independent from each other.if thewre is a blockage it will be in one of those two places
