Question about Motorola Mobility S9 Headphones
If you guys haven't found a solution, you might want to try this out. Have your S9 charger hooked up to the unit and plug the charger into a surge protector. Flick the main switch of the surge protector on and off a few times and it should turn off the unit. Then turn on and pair if need to and it should be fine.
Hope that works for ya!

I just fixed mine by having the charger plugged in the headset and unplugging the charger from the AC. The green light went out and then i was able to connect to the bluetooth device.

I tried this. Totally worked! Just plug the charger into the headset and pull the charger plug out of the wall. Light goes off! Excellent!

I have had the same problem with two different headsets. Fully charged, as the light can stay on for DAYS, but I cannot connect or turn it on. ARGH!
