Please help on extending rj-22 to 10 km away.
it is a telephone handset signal to extend.
Is this on a business phone system? An RJ22 is the plug for a handset cord, is that what you want to extend? The handset????

You should check your terms. RJ22 is the handset plug. RJ11, is the phone plug and RJ45 is computer.
So, again, what do you want to extend? An extension? What are you extending? Bury a wire and extend it....what are you asking???????
Well, because you cant tell me what you are extending, you can try a multitech multivoip device. You will need 2 of them, 1 on each end.

This is an RJ11.
You could use any analog to VOIP modules...but they are pricey.

Sir 10 Km is not possible to bury the cable and noise will be on the line. So RJ11 is the input telephony line and RJ22 is the output audio telephony to handset. and this is the one (telephony audio) I want to extend to about 10Km.
The background is that I have 4 each auto attendant PC that I want to extend the location (over factory spesificationdistance). this to include several equipment sets.
