1. Turn OFF the main power switch.
2. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key.
3. Touch [Trouble Reset].
4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and the it has been reset.
5. After turning off the main power switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after
and check if the machine starts correctly.

Try this steps

The output from the CCD Sensor is a predetermined
value or less during CCD Sensor gain
adjustment.

1 Check the flat cable for proper connection and
correct or change as necessary.

2 Change PWB-C.

Our machine shows C9401 default, can you help us in solving this problem

Not exactly sure if the model is the same but on a C351 the C9401 & C9402 errors are as follows:

16.6.81 C9401 Exposure lamp failure to turn on
16.6.82 C9402 Exposure lamp turning on at abnormal timing

Parts to check:
Scanner Assembly
Flat Cable
Image Processing Board (PWB-C)
Step Action

Corrective steps in order of suggestion:
Check flat cable for proper connection and correct or change as necessary.

Change Scanner Assembly if necessary

Change PWB
