1) for your particular model, download the driver at acer page.
2) run the installation program* that configure automatically the driver.
3) use Plug and play monitor driver, sometimes work better.

There's not much information in your question hee but most devices can be force rebooted by holding the power button down for 10 to 60 seconds. For some devices like PC this isn't really good for it but sometimes is the last resort. Other devices like phones and tablets can handle the crash a little better most times.

check for a small button on back of keyboard and press and hold to make connection to computer. Make sure battery's are good.

i have restarted my PC and as my mouse is working, i make sure the the wireless connector is working i pressed the button at the middle of it to make it blink contentiously and then pressed the button at the bottom of my keyboard, that is it.

If you have got a USB receiver for the wireless keyboard and mouse, then the solution might be with the receiver. Normally we know that to play a USB thumb drive, we simply plug in and play. But some model of Acer computer require us to press the button on the thumb drive to activate it. The model I had (an Aspire model) set the press button same as the blicking light bulb. So (a) turn on computer, (b) plug in thumb drive receiver (c) press button on the drive, (d) press "contact" button on the mouse and keyboard. That works for me.
