Quantums are good chairs, but they have had some electronic issues. My first recommendation would be to see if you have the most current firmware update. This may take a tech with a newer programmer to do.
Quantums usually have a panel on the back of the chair that the joystick and other things plug into. Remove the panel and check the connections. Sometimes, the plugs work loose or begin to wiggle. I've had to secure a few with electrical tape to make sure they don't loosen.

Try to reset your manual brake release as this is a common problem.
If you continue to have a problem, contact your manufacturer or dealer
for service. If your insurance purchased they power chair for you, they
may also cover the cost of repairs.

Could be in sleep mode try pressing the on/off button twice to get out of sleep mode if that doesn't work then you have a joystick problem and it needs to be replaced Hope this helps
