When you go to turn on it beeps and will not start,nothing flashes

Start the computer in safe mode. See what happens.

if you watch carefully, the end light flashes and then stops, and then flashes again... how many times flashes?

Most laptops use beep codes to isolate startup problems . You may hear something like beep beep-beep or a combination
The beeps tell you why it's not starting ... if you hear the sounds then the manufacturers web site will tell you what the code you are getting means

I have a Westinghouse LT758S 7.5 kg complete care washing machine everytime I turn my washing machine it will flash wash so I press start, it will beep 6 times and the medium and high lights will continue flashing on the water level??? I tried turning it on off but nothing what should I do?

when you next turn on your system you will have to quickly hold your finger down on the on/off buttons simutaniously for around 4-5 secs till you hear some beeping noises, hopefully this will start again with no problems.
