- Reset the unit by press time, up and down buttons make sure the systems is in on position.
- Set the system to heat then and raise the setpoint above room temperature. There may be up to five minute delay before the thermostat clicks in heating If the thermostat click this means its not a thermostat you have a problem with your heating equipment call your installer. If the thermostat did not click the unit should be replaced.

• Hi, This is a good stat and I have used it alot in the past as it is a older model. If you have 24 volt control voltage at the stat, and the battires are good, then you have a malfuntion in the ciruitry and will need to replace it. Reset operation the system must be at cool position then press UP, DOWN and TIME buttons simultaneously. If the reset did not work call the hometechline 18002842925.
